Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse any of the sections (left hand side). From Operator Seating to Meeting tables all options will show a clear picture, full specification and colour choices where relevant. Select the size, colour etc you require and add to basket. Amend the quantity required if neccesary and confirm. You can then move to "Checkout" or continue shopping. When you have completed your order you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. You will then be transferred to a SECURE area before entering your card details. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Switch, and Solo

Shipping And Handling FREE DELIVERY WITHIN THE GB mainland - Monday to Friday for orders over £150. All orders under £150 will be charged a £20 delivery fee.

Credit Card Security

All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our secure host. They are not held in clear text on any web site. We abide by the British Standard BS7799 (Code of Practice for Information Security Management).

Guarantee

All furniture is under manufacturers guarantee which ranges from 2-10 years. See product section for details. All chairs are guaranteed for a five year period or two year for 24 hour use. All fabrics are guaranteed for 2 years.

Returns Policy

UK Office Direct - Customer Returns Policy & Cancellation Rights.

Within 7 days from receipt of goods - refund or exchange guaranteed. (Applies only to a purchase of a single standard product)
If you are unsure and wish to order a larger quantity then please order one item first check the product suitability.
Contact us within 7 days of receipt - The item must be returned to us in mint condition and in the original packaging.
Should your purchase arrive damaged let us know immediately. A replacement will be sent within a 10 working day period
